Rocare were approached by the Hotel’s Professional Design team to provide a value engineered solution for the provision of new kitchen facilities at the hotel. The extensive works include replacement of all mechanical and electrical services, structural improvements, new finishes and kitchen equipment to service the Michelin star Bybrook restaurant. Works will commence in earnest in January.
