Rocare was appointed to deliver a full refurbishment of Fun Central, a well known local entertainment centre. The key requirement was to modernise the venue and improve the visitor experience while keeping disruption to a minimum. To achieve this, the works needed to be carefully planned and delivered out of hours so day to day business operations could continue.
We reconfigured both administrative and entertainment areas to create a more practical, modern layout. The refurbishment included the installation of new cabinetry, ceilings, floor coverings and updated lighting systems, all finished in a fresh corporate colour scheme to give the centre a consistent, contemporary look.
As part of the upgrade, we also created a new milkshake café, adding a distinctive new feature that enhances the overall offering and encourages visitors to spend longer on site.
Throughout the programme, our Interiors team worked closely alongside other client appointed contractors, coordinating schedules and sequencing to keep everything moving smoothly and to maintain control of quality, safety and programme.
The refurbishment was delivered on schedule with a high quality finish, while minimising disruption through out of hours working. Fun Central now has a refreshed look, improved layout and an added café feature that strengthens its appeal as a destination. The venue has been given a new lease of life, helping preserve its reputation as a local hub for fun filled visits for years to come.
