James Hay Pension Trustees required a full interior fit-out at Dunns House to support a large operational team, with workspace provision for over four hundred people. Alongside the internal works, the site also needed external improvements, including landscaping and paving to create a functional car park. The project was delivered over a 26 week programme with a contract value just under £5 million.

We delivered the complete interior fit-out at Dunns House, creating a high quality working environment designed for a large workforce. This included the supply and installation of desking for over four hundred people, ensuring the space was practical, well organised, and ready for immediate use. Externally, we managed the landscaping and paving works to form a new car park, coordinating the groundworks and finishes to provide a clean, durable result that suited daily business use. All works were planned and managed to meet the 26 week programme and project budget.

Dunns House was transformed into a fully operational workspace with the capacity and infrastructure to support over four hundred staff.
