Rocare was appointed to deliver a new office design and configuration across the 5th and 6th floors for the London Development Agency. The brief was to remove outdated internal layouts and finishes, then create a refreshed, more practical workspace with improved lighting, updated floor finishes, and upgraded infrastructure to support day to day operations.

We completed demolition works to remove the existing meeting rooms, office partitions and wall screens across both floors, opening up the space ready for a new layout. The existing lighting was removed and replaced with new lighting throughout to improve brightness and consistency across the working areas.

To support the updated arrangement, we reconfigured the existing desking to suit the new office plan, installed new cabling to provide reliable connectivity and power where required, and laid new carpets to deliver a clean, professional finish.

The 5th and 6th floors were successfully transformed into a modernised, better organised office environment. The new configuration improved use of space, the upgraded lighting created a more comfortable working atmosphere, and the refreshed cabling and carpet finishes delivered a practical, professional workplace ready for immediate use.
