Rocare partnered with a major blue chip financial client to enhance the in branch customer experience at the NatWest Barnstaple branch. The brief was to deliver a high quality fit out that supports brand standards and customer comfort, while working to a programme that allowed business as usual operations with minimal disruption.
We planned and delivered a flexible working programme tailored to a live financial environment, coordinating works carefully to reduce impact on staff and customers. The branch was upgraded with a comprehensive fit out package delivered to a high standard of finish, including:
Flooring, wall finishes and ceilings
Lighting, furniture and fittings
Workstations, infrastructure upgrades, partitioning and meeting rooms
Client reception and public facing areas
We also applied our experience in secure banking installations, supporting the requirements of public facing and secure zones, including internal and external ATM related works where applicable, with safety and security treated as a priority throughout.
The branch was refreshed with an improved layout and upgraded finishes that support a better customer journey and a more professional, welcoming environment. The flexible programme enabled the client to maintain operations with minimal disruption, while Rocare’s detailed delivery approach ensured consistent quality across all elements of the fit out, aligned with the expectations of the financial services sector.
