Rocare was appointed to create a new head office for Reheat Aviation by fitting out a bare shell unit. The brief was to deliver a practical, modern office environment with increased usable floor area, supported by upgraded building services to suit day to day business operations.
We transformed the empty unit into fully functioning office accommodation, including the formation of an extensive mezzanine floor to extend the available workspace. We installed new internal partitions and doors to create a defined layout, alongside new kitchens and ceilings to complete the fit-out.
To support security and comfort, we installed an intruder alarm and fitted new air conditioning units to the first floor office areas. We also adapted the existing structure where required and upgraded key services throughout, including power, lighting and drainage systems, ensuring the building was ready for immediate use.
The project delivered a purpose built head office with significantly increased office space through the new mezzanine level, creating a professional working environment tailored to the client’s needs. With upgraded services, improved comfort, and a complete internal fit-out, Reheat Aviation now has a modern, operational headquarters designed to support future growth.
