
Rocare was appointed to complete a full branch refit for Santander in Banbury. The objective was to transform the existing interior into a modern, welcoming and functional banking environment that supports both customer experience and day to day operations. A key requirement was efficient delivery, with the works completed within a six week programme.
We carried out a comprehensive interior refurbishment, starting with the strip out of the existing bunker and removal of outdated finishes. We then fully refurbished the branch throughout, including:
Replacement of flooring, ceilings and lighting
Refurbishment of walls and joinery finishes
Formation of office space with glass partitions
Creation of a customer seating area to improve comfort and flow
Installation of express banking machines to support fast, convenient transactions
All works were delivered to a high standard, with close coordination and careful sequencing to keep the programme on track.
The Santander Banbury branch was successfully refitted within six weeks, providing a refreshed interior with improved layout, upgraded finishes and enhanced customer facilities. The new environment is brighter, more modern and more efficient, supporting smoother customer journeys and a better overall in branch experience.
