
Rocare was appointed to refurbish guest accommodation at South Lodge Hotel in West Sussex. The brief was to upgrade guest bedrooms, living areas and bathrooms while the hotel remained fully occupied. The priority was to maintain operational continuity, minimise disruption for guests, and deliver premium finishes in keeping with the hotel’s luxury positioning.
We delivered the refurbishment through a carefully planned, phased programme to isolate work areas and keep the rest of the hotel operating smoothly. Working closely with the hotel’s management and operational teams, we coordinated access, deliveries and noisy activities around low impact periods to protect the guest experience.
Across the refurbished areas, we upgraded sleeping quarters, communal living spaces and en-suite facilities, using high quality materials and skilled workmanship to achieve a refined, consistent finish. Quality control and attention to detail were maintained throughout to ensure the final result matched the standards expected of an upscale hotel.
The refurbished accommodation was delivered with minimal disruption while maintaining full occupancy. Guest rooms, living areas and bathrooms were modernised and improved with premium finishes, strengthening the hotel’s overall presentation and providing an elevated experience that aligns with South Lodge Hotel’s luxury brand.
